Company reports
Last 12 Months (TTM)
The four most recent quarters added together, also called “trailing twelve months” (TTM).
Why does it matter?
It gives a more up-to-date yearly figure than the last annual report.
How do I read it?
StockLab uses it for P/E and P/S, so today's price is compared with the latest full year of results. It can differ from the fiscal-year figures shown elsewhere on the page.
Example
In October, a company whose fiscal year ends in December last reported a full year ten months earlier. Adding up its last four quarters gives a fresher picture, from October of last year to September of this year.
On StockLab
